Every business in today’s world relies on IT for at least some of its day to day operations, which can be from simple document storage to 24/7 Online Transaction Processing environments.

This in turn means that every business is not only reliant on IT but every business’ requirements will be unique.  We understand this uniqueness and we will tailor a support package that will meet all your business’ needs and be right for you.

Support calls are logged via phone and email into our Service Desk tool and where possible resolved over the phone or email.  We also provide remote support to enable us to fix problems quickly and efficiently.  If the issue still can not be resolved then an engineer will be dispatched to you.

As your IT Partner we will log and action all IT related calls for your business, we do this for two reasons.  Firstly to reduce the need for you to liaise with multiple vendors we will become a single point of contact for you and then liaise directly with the vendor in question.  Secondly to ensure that all calls are logged within our Service Desk tool, this enables us to gather statistics and be able to use these to identify issues within your business’ IT environment, this may be training or equipment in need of replacing for example. 

We will review these statistics, which include resolution times, at your quarterly service review, explaining what they mean and areas in the business that could be improved to be more efficient and reduce costs.

We will also Pro-Actively monitor key aspects of your IT Infrastructure as part of your support.  We can use this monitoring to alert us of issues that arise in your network and perform corrective actions, normally before any user has experienced the problem themselves.  We also use the monitoring to gather statistics on the performance of your network’s key components and we can then use this information to identify potential problems and bottlenecks and implement solutions before they affect your business’ productivity.
